Keyresponsibilities:
§ Manage program participant caseload.
§ Facilitate/coordinate and support individuals andfamilies through the FASD Clinic process.
§ Work collaboratively with service providers and clinicteam to meet the needs of individuals and families
§ Provide FASD consultation to and assist individuals inaccessing community resources.
§ Maintain program participant files.
§ Coordinate, facilitate and participate inparent/child/youth groups.
§ Act as a representative for FASS on committees and atcommunity activities.
§ Participate in association and program promotionactivities.
§ Track & enter statistical data
Qualifications:
§ Degree/ Diploma in a related Human Service Field or 3 years related experience in aHuman Service Field. Diploma/Degree preferred.
§ Strong interpersonal communication including written &verbal, organization and administrative skills.
§ Experience infamily support practice and FASD is considered an asset
§ An understanding of the diversity, customs andtraditions of Indigenous people and diverse multi-cultural populations isconsidered an asset.
§ Strong computer skills & ability to work undertight deadlines.
Thispermanent position will be 40 hours per week. The starting date will be inMarch 2026. Work week is generally Monday to Friday, with day and evening workrequired. The wage for this position is $24.80 to $25.57 per hour, depending oneducation and experience. The successful applicant must have a reliable,insured vehicle for daily work purposes and a valid Driver’s licence andvehicle registration.
